Scheduled non-medical assistance only. We do not provide emergency response, nursing or medical treatment. Appointment and family assistance do not include nursing or clinical care. Moving support excludes hazardous or specialist work. Never share passwords or OTPs. Any purchases, travel or extra time must be agreed before work; the quoted total must list all charges. Assistance is scheduled and subject to approved assistant availability. Senior Citizen Assistance, Personal Assistance Network, Insta Saathi and Home Healthcare are separate service modules.

Enrolled senior and contact consent, a reviewed non-medical task plan and your exact acceptance are required for each visit. Assistants need real identity/background/training review. Paused time is excluded; early finishing needs your authorisation. Visit reports, family updates and follow-up reviews are retained privately. New paid visits need separate quotations.
