Your choices and safeguards
- Paid direct owner contacts require a matching active plan and explicit owner consent. Free enquiries remain available.
- Contact limits count unique properties; repeat access during validity does not consume another contact.
- Refunds require review under your accepted terms. A request or approval is not proof that money has been transferred.
- Do not treat a verified listing as a legal title guarantee. Review documents and obtain appropriate professional advice.
- Saved-search matches appear in the member portal. External email/SMS alerts are not enabled by this page.
