Independent responsibilities
Advertiser accepts the exact quote and requests refunds. Operations reviews creative, claims, placement, schedule and delivery. Accounts records actual transfers and verifies billing documents. Property Management, rent and security deposits remain separate.
Invoices require verified supplier identity and service classification. Review applicable billing and tax details before issuing; every issued document retains its original snapshot.
